CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Reservation cancellation may be requested in advance, subject to the following criteria: 

 

1-    Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to the following email:contatohostelfaroldabarra@gmail.com  and its receipt must be confirmed by the Reservations Center;

 

2-    In compliance with Consumer Protection laws, the deadline for canceling a reservation without a bonus is up to seven (7) days after the purchase/payment of the reservation has been made. 

 

3-    Free cancellation up to 30 days in advance of the check-in date: 100% refund less card/bank fee or we leave 100% of the amount paid to be used on another date within 12 months;

 

4-    If canceled less than 30 days before check-in date, there will be no refund of the amount deposited; 

 

5-    Reservations made by Travel Agencies and OTAs (third party websites) The policies of the travel agency, third party website, holiday club or partners will apply, such as Booking.com, Decolar, Hoteis.com, Expedia, Hurb, CVC, Best Day, Agoda, Candeias, among many others.

ATTENTION: Changes and cancellations must be requested directly through where the reservation was made or the voucher purchased. Check your booking confirmation or voucher for valid policies and available contact channels. Cancellations or date changes cannot be requested directly at the hostel, but we are always available for questions and special requests. There may be differences between the policy of the hotel and the agency, so that of the agency through which the reservation was made will prevail.

6- No-Show (non-attendance):

 

•Notice of cancellation less than 24 hours or no show** (no show on the day of arrival), there is no refund and no right to credit.

 

**No show is a cancellation without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up at the hotel on the booked check-in date. The Room or Bed will remain available for 24 hours from the scheduled check-in time and, after this period, it will be released. 

 

 

7- Leaving before the end of the period:

 

Leaving or ending the stay before completing the contracted period, for any reason, will not entitle you to a refund or refund of the amount paid for the accommodation.

 

8- Cancellations of group reservations:

 

In case of cancellation, the amount deposited in the reservation confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but in credit for accommodation, as long as communication is made up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date. The customer will receive credit for the full amount of accommodation in advance, as long as they choose a new date at the time of cancellation.

Less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date, the customer will not be entitled to any refund in accommodation credit.

Any outstanding credit must be used within 90 (ninety) days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.

If there is partial cancellation of the contracted days and the customer is inside the hotel, no difference in the amount previously paid will be refunded, whether in cash or credit for accommodation.

 

9- Withdrawal rules after entry

 

In case of withdrawal after  entry will result in a cancellation fee equal to the first night of your stay and refunding remaining nights, minus the card fee.
